Lucky Garden Care Guide

Your Lucky Garden is a beautiful combination of three resilient plants—Money Tree Bonsai, Dracaena, and Pothos—designed to thrive together. Here’s how to keep them all happy and growing in harmony.

Light Requirements

All three plants prefer bright, indirect light but can adapt to medium to lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause leaf burn, particularly on the Money Tree and Dracaena. If placed in lower light, Pothos and Dracaena will continue to grow, but the Money Tree might show slower growth.

• Ideal placement: Near a bright window with filtered light or in a room with ambient lighting.

Watering Instructions

Since these plants share a container, it’s important to find a balance in watering that suits them all:

• Water when the top inch of soil is dry to the touch. This generally means watering every 1-2 weeks, depending on the environment.
• Make sure the container has drainage holes, or you should be very careful not to overwater, as none of these plants like soggy roots.
• Signs of overwatering: Yellowing leaves, particularly on the Dracaena and Money Tree.
• Signs of underwatering: Wilting or dry, crispy edges on the leaves, especially for the Pothos.

Humidity

All three plants enjoy moderate humidity levels. Regular indoor humidity is usually sufficient, but if the air is too dry (especially in winter), you can:

• Increase humidity by misting the plants occasionally or placing the container on a tray of pebbles with water. Avoid soaking the plants directly.

Temperature

• Keep the plants in a temperature range of 60-75°F (15-24°C). Avoid cold drafts or placing the container near heating vents, as sudden temperature changes can stress the plants.

Fertilization

• During the growing season (spring and summer), fertilize once a month with a balanced liquid fertilizer, diluted to half-strength.
• No need to fertilize during fall and winter, when the plants naturally grow slower.

Pruning and Maintenance

• Money Tree Bonsai: Prune any dead or yellowing leaves. You can shape the tree occasionally to maintain its bonsai form.
• Dracaena: Remove any browning tips or yellow leaves.
• Pothos: Trim long vines to encourage bushier growth and remove any leggy stems or yellow leaves.

General Tips

• Rotate the container every couple of weeks to ensure even light exposure for all sides of the plants.
• Wipe leaves with a damp cloth to keep them dust-free and healthy.

By following these care tips, your Lucky Garden will thrive and add beauty to your space for years to come!
