Return Policy

At Urban Botany, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, here’s how our process works:

Plants: We accept returns within 24 hours of purchase. If your plant or live product was shipped, this time frame begins when the carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. Items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging and pot, if applicable. We understand that plants can vary naturally, and it’s crucial to give your plant some TLC after its journey through shipping. We will never send a dead plant and always strive to ship our most resilient and sturdy plants. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form, and we will request photos of the damage to assist with your return.

Hard Goods: You have up to 14 days from the purchase date to return items that are unopened and unused. Please ensure they are in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items. These include:

• Plants returned after 24 hours
• Opened or used hard goods
• Customized or special order items
• Products marked as final sale

We pride ourselves on carefully packaging all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are gift-ready. However, if something goes wrong during shipping, we’re here to help. If your plant or product arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps. Photos of the damaged item will be requested to assist with the process.

When you’re ready to return an item, you can do so in-store or online. For in-store returns, simply bring your items and receipt for inspection, and we’ll process your refund immediately. If you made your purchase online, please reach out to us through our contact form with your order number and item photos. Once we approve the return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

As for shipping costs, they are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.
